Overview

Saff & Co. planned a seasonal campaign to support a major retail push. They needed a campaign identity that could live across physical stores, digital ads, and social platforms while remaining instantly recognizable.

Problem

Previous campaigns relied heavily on promotions and discounts, which diluted the brand’s perceived value over time.

Visual inconsistency across channels weakened recognition, especially between offline and digital executions.

The internal marketing team lacked a central creative direction, leading to fragmented execution across vendors.

Saff & Co. needed a campaign that felt cohesive, flexible, and brand-first rather than sales-driven.

What We Did

We began by defining a single campaign idea rooted in emotion rather than promotion. This concept became the anchor for all creative outputs.

From there, we developed a visual direction that could stretch across formats without losing impact—from large retail banners to mobile screens.

We designed a modular asset system that allowed the internal team to adapt visuals quickly while maintaining consistency.

Finally, we provided rollout guidelines to ensure the campaign remained coherent throughout its lifecycle.
